The Wild Goose, an early-modern classic Japanese novel by Mori Ogai, in a new translation by Meredith McKinney, will be launched at 3pm on Saturday 19 July at the National Library Bookshop. The Wild Goose will be launched by eminent writer and scholar, Tessa Morris-Suzuki, Professor of Japanese History at the Australian National University. Professor Morris-Suzuki's talk will be followed by a short reading from both authors. All welcome.
